The Peterborough Timbermen are teaming up with the Peterborough Minor Lacrosse Association at the first Arena Lacrosse League game at the Memorial Centre this Sunday, February 26.
From 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. PMLA members (both those currently registered and those intending to register) are invited participate in a free lacrosse clinic on the Mem Centre carpet. All that’s needed are helmets, gloves and a lacrosse stick! All Timbermen players will be on the floor instructing the kids.The PMLA will have a table set up in the PMC lobby from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. for those who haven’t registered yet.
The game then begins at 1 p.m. and features one intermission that will allow the children back on the carpet as is typical during summer Lakers lacrosse games.

The Timbermen host the Oshawa Outlaws in the first game of a league doubleheader at 1 p.m. The St. Catharines Shock Wave will face-off against the Toronto Monarchs at 4 p.m. Tickets are now on sale at the Memorial Centre box office.
